Shipping Policy

We ship our products to locations in the Continental US and to all provinces and territories in Canada.

All shipments to US addresses are by UPS Ground to physical addresses only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes ! All shipping addresses must be physical addresses.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands - please see shipping surcharge under Special Shipping section.
To have your order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands please add a special shipping surcharge to your order.
All shipments to Canadian addresses are by FedEx Ground or Canada Post.
Shipping to addresses different than credit card billing address.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship an order to an address that is different than the billing address of the credit card used for ordering.
Shipping Surcharges
We offer free shipping for most of our products. We however charge shipping surcharges for shipments going to some remote Canadian provinces (AB, BC, NL, NS, etc). The exact value of the shipping surcharge will be shown in the shopping cart before you make you payment.

Shipping to California
We do not sell and we do not ship anything to California addresses.
Current existing California Air Resorces Board (CARB) legistlation makes it impossible for us to accept orders from California. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Order Cancellation
Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Orders can only be cancelled until they are shipped.
Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, by email not later than 2:00 PM EST the day the order was placed.
We are unable to cancel orders placed after 2:00 PM EST as they are shipped immediately.

Shipping and Estimated Transit Time

Orders received by 3:00 PM EST on a business day are shipped the same day.

Shipping Confirmations
We will send you an email with your order confirmation immediately and you will later receive your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Tracking numbers are sent by email after 6:00 PM EST on the day the order is shipped.

Most items should arrive on your doorstep within 1-3 business days after your order was confirmed.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays and some other days when UPS or USPS are not available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc).

Shipping of Oversized Items

There is no extra shipping or handling charge for oversized items. Please note that we cannot ship oversized items to P.O. boxes.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to ship an item back to BESTANDFOX and for all costs that may occur during the delivery process. There is 20% restocking fee for shipments returned due to refused delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to BESTANDFOX due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. There is 20% restocking fee for shipments returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.

Damaged/Lost Merchandise

BESTANDFOX is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the shipping process. The customer is responsible for contacting BESTANDFOX immediately and we will contact the shipping carrier regarding lost or damaged packages. BESTANDFOX is unable to accept cancellations as a result of damaged or lost merchandise.

Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. BESTANDFOX must report all damages immediately to the carrier for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in as delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Although we are unable expedite replacements, please be assured that BESTANDFOX will work diligently with the carrier to resolve these matters in the most efficient way possible.
