Product Return Policy and Product Return Instructions
All purchased products can be returned within 30 days from
the day of delivery.
Returned products must not have been installed or used in
any way. Products must not show any signs of damage, wear, installation,
alterations or modifications. Products must be returned with all accessories
that were sold with the product (gaskets, rings, bolts, etc).
Products sold as a set of two converters must be returned as the complete set
of two converters. We do not accept partial returns or incomplete returns.
Please contact our RMA Department by email to request RMA
authorization. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you our RMA
number and attach return shipping instructions.
No product without a RMA number will be accepted. Products
shipped without RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the
shipper at their cost.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. The
customer is responsible for packing the product properly to prevent any
potential damage during shipping. The shipping must be done by a registered
courier service. The customer covers all shipping charges and shipping insurance.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned products.
REFUSED DELIVERY or FAILED DELIVERY
Shipping fees will not be refunded for orders returned due
to refused delivery or failure to contact UPS within the three delivery
Shipments returned due to refused delivery or failed
delivery (wrong address provided by the buyer, buyer not available to receive
shipment) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refund will be issued after the product is returned to our
warehouse. Please allow few days for the refund to show on your credit card
