How do I return an item?

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow the product return instructions as they are described below.

No product without a RMA number will be accepted.

  • Any product purchased can be returned within 30 days. Returned products must not have been installed or used in any way. Products must not show any signs of wear, installation, alterations or modifications. Products must be returned with all accessories that were sold with the product (gaskets, bolts, etc). Products must be returned in their original packaging. The shipping must be done by a registered courier service. The shipper covers all shipping charges and shipping insurance. The return shipping fee is waived if the product that you received is not the one that you ordered.

  • There is a 20% restocking fee for products returned. The re-stocking fee is waived if the product has to be returned due to its manufacturing defects (warranty claim).

  • Please contact our RMA Department by email to request RMA form. Please send an email to bestandfox@gmail.com . We will email you our RMA form that has to be filled in and returned to us either by email or by fax. The email address is bestandfox@gmail.com and the fax number is (416) 900-0370.

  • Please strictly follow all directions in the RMA form. After we receive the RMA form, we will assess your eligibility and we will issue a RMA number. We will send you an email with your RMA number and attach shipping instructions.

  • After the product is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue credit equal to the amount the price of the product minus 20% restocking fee (see #2). Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to show on your credit card account.
